1. Solar Estimates & Quotations

All online calculations, savings estimates, generation metrics, and subsidy projections provided on this website or in preliminary consultations are illustrative estimates. Formal engineering proposals are issued only following a physical site inspection, terrace structural assessment, and review of recent electricity bills.

2. Government Subsidy & Approvals

Subsidies under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana or state schemes are disbursed directly by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and the respective state utility (CSPDCL) via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). While AARKONIC POWER facilitates complete technical compliance and application processing, final disbursement timelines and eligibility depend on regulatory approvals beyond our direct operational control.

3. Scope of EPC Contracts

Specific project timelines, warranties (for panels, inverters, and mounting structures), payment schedules, and operation & maintenance terms are strictly governed by the individual bilateral engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract executed between AARKONIC POWER and the customer.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or related transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
